Q1: Where do you ship to?

A1: We ship internationally from Singapore. If you are based overseas and have issue carting out, please reach out to us here. We will be happy to assist. 

Q2: Can you guarantee that the pet carrier can fit my furkid?

A2: The weight gauge provided is an estimation. Some furkids are light but have long body, some furkids are heavier but have shorter body. To ensure an accurate fit, we recommend you to measure your furkid's length before you purchase. Feel free to reach out to us if you require guidance on how to measure your furkid.

We are unable to refund/exchange once your furkid has stepped into the bag. That would be considered used, and is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

Q3: Can I self-collect my item if I am based in Singapore?

A3: We do not offer self-collection option currently. We may organise pop-up events periodically, do follow our Instagram to stay updated with SoyCraft events/promotions. 

Q4: Is the retail price inclusive of the clip-on cushion?

A4: It is not :) The clip-on cushion can be purchased separately.

Q5: Is it a must to order the clip-on cushion with the pet carriers?

A4: It is optional. The pet carrier is soft and plush on its own. Cushion is just an additional add-on. We know sometimes, we dog mums are just a lil' extra :D
