Tax and Duties Payment for Overseas Order

Shipping fees do not include import tax and duties. We regret to inform that your country's import tax and duty fee will be borne by you (customer).

Custom tax and duty related fee is charged by recipient's local government and fully paid to recipient's local government. This is not a fee collected or retained by SoyCraft.

Please ensure your contact number is accurate in the event that your local authorities need to contact you with regards to import related duty and tax.

In the event recipient is uncontactable after 2 delivery attempts, the courier company will return the package back to Singapore. Should the package be returned to Singapore due to failed delivery attempts at destination, the courier company will apply a redelivery fee (chargeable to recipient) to resend the package from Singapore to destination.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders (ready stock items) are packed and shipped out within 2-3 working days. Our working days are Mondays – Fridays (Except Public Holidays).
  • For Singapore orders, you will receive your package 5-7 working days after you have placed your order. 
  • We will send an email to notify you when the item(s) is sent; it is therefore important to provide an accurate email address.
  • Please note that free deliveries entitlement are based on the final amount payable i.e. after deduction of vouchers, discounts and store credits.
  • We do not offer local meetups, unless otherwise stated.

International Air Shipping An estimated rate will be reflected on the checkout page after you have keyed in your shipping address. We will calculate the accurate shipping rate after we have received the full order list. In the event there is a significant shortfall, we will reach out to you for shipping top-up.
(For new cities we have not shipped to prior, we may charge a base shipping rate upon checkout first. Upon accurate quotation from the international courier company, we will inform you on the updated shipping fee, should a top-up be required)



Receiving of Package

Should you choose to inform the delivery personnel to leave your parcel unattended upon delivery (ie. leave at the doorstep or riser), we bear NO responsibilities for any lost and/or damages to your item(s).

Change of Shipping Address

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, kindly email within 2 hours of placing your order. Please indicate 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' as the email subject and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
